All of the items are unique and handmade therefore no two items are the same. Understand that handmade items are not perfect and what makes them unique are their imperfections. I strive to make the best quality products to share with you. I hope you'll enjoy what I have to offer.
2. Returns and exchanges
I don't accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations, but please contact me if you have any problems with your order.
3. Return Policy
If you are having issues with your purchase, please contact me immediately so I may help you resolve any issues you may have with your item(s). Since all items are handmade, I do not accept returns. It is the buyer's responsibility to send the package back to our location with a tracking confirmation to ensure it gets to us.
4. Product Defects/Damaged Products
If your item was received damaged please send me a message with the following details; your Name, Transaction ID, a thorough description of damage and if possible a photo, we would gladly resolve the issue. We will be happy to fix broken items to the point you can not wear the product. Scratches or paint chips are not "damaged" products. Sometimes through shipping a product may come apart but an easy solution would be to glue it on, this may happen to your package.
5. Shipping Domestic and International orders are shipped by USPS
Products are shipped Monday, Wednesday and Friday. Shipping may slightly be delayed at peak holiday times! If your package says it has been delivered to the location but you have no received it we will help you find your package. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. We will only ship your product to the address you have provided for us through checkout. Once the package has been sent out, you will receive a tracking number that is provided with your order.
We are currently only accepting orders from U.S.A and Canada.
6. Additional policies and FAQs Care Instructions
Food Ears are slightly waterproof. Please handle with care. Not for eating! Coupons: Coupons given from our shop are only to be used once per household (coupon must have been received from us to use coupon). Order may be cancelled due to abuse use of coupon.
7. Custom Orders
Unfortunately we do not do custom orders but if you want a small customization with your order please contact us before you order or leave a comment in the note box when you check out. Small customization may have an additional charge.
